OLD TOWN ART FAIR ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF 2020 FINE ART FAIR
The volunteers of Chicago's Own No # 1 Rated Fine Art Fair have canceled the event for the first time in 70 Years.
Art Fair Chair, Sasha Mayoras announced the difficult decision by first alerting the 250 participating artists. “We made this decision now as we feel it is in the best interests of you, the artists, our volunteers and neighbors,” said Mayoras. The OTAF also announced that it will automatically invite back all 2020 jury-selected artists to participate in 2021.
The Old Town Art Fair takes place on Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13, 2021 in the heart of the charming Old Town Triangle Historic District. There will be 250 nationally acclaimed artists, an estimated 30,000 art lovers, a Garden Walk, Live Music, Food Court and Children’s Corner. Gates open Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, rain or shine.
